Outdoor wood fired sauna and cold plunge in derby. Everything you need to recover from a busy week. Take a moment for you and your body, let the heat of sauna find that secret thing you didnt know you needed. We are lucky to be surrounded by lovely countryside at this amazing event space, Stableview. Grab yourself a coffee or cake, then come for a sauna. Perfect self care. All you need to bring with you is: -2 Towels. 1 to sit on and 1 to dry off with -Flip flops to get between the sauna and plunge/shower. -Swimwear (No nudity) We are an outdoor event, so I recommend coming with swimwear under clothes to save change time.
