Just a snipped of an awesome event today at @storm_performance_centre. Great to see so many people coming together and really putting in the work as a team. The energy was high!!

Sauna and cold plunge is the perfect recovery tool in many ways. If we follow the science it's undeniable, but what I'm more interest in is the community feel, laughs and "I needed that" moments. (The secret is that THIS is what will get you more gains and longevity in the long run).
